1. How do I login and logout from Church Matrimony?
ANS: The login and logout options are found at the top right corner


2. Can other members of Church Matrimony come to know when I am logged into Church Matrimony?
ANS: No, others cannot able to view your online status.


3. If I forget my password will I be able to Re-Generate it?
ANS: Yes, If You click on to the “Forget Password” option a new Password will be generated to your registered E-mail


4. How can I change my password?
ANS: Click here to visit the settings page and change your password. The settings page can be accessed by clicking on your display name on the top right, after you login.


5. How can I change my contact information?
ANS: You can update your profile by yourself by clicking on the option which shows “Update/edit my profile


6. What are the features and benefits of a free Membership?
ANS: The free member can only view the profile and cannot able to view the contact details


7. Can a free registered member send a request to the desired partner?
ANS: Yes, you can send your request to the preferred Partners.


8. What are the different modes of payment?
ANS: You can avail Debit Card/Credit card or Net-Banking and even you can pay through NEFT/Cheque/DD/Money Transfer.



9. How many photos can I add in my profile?
ANS: You can add up to three photographs in your profile.


10. How do I update my photo in my profile?
ANS: Each registered Customer will be given an option to update their Profile photo


11. What is Photo Validation process?
ANS: Every Photo is inserted on our website involves a manual screening .We allow it to be displayed only on the basis on its adherence our terms and conditions. The turnaround time for validation is 24 working Hours. Only after the photo is validated it will be available for all the members to see.


12. How do I protect my Photo?
ANS: Photo protection is an option to hide your photo from others. Your Photo will be viewed by others on basis of your Interest shown to them.
